How credits work

Every plan comes with a monthly pool of credits that refills every 30 days. Unused credits don't roll over. Chat is metered by the model and the length of the reply: light models cost a fraction of a credit, flagship models up to 8 times more.

Rate limits are relative to Free: Plus allows three times as many requests, Pro eight times and Max twenty. Pro works out to 250 credits per dollar and Max to 400, the best rate.

What a credit buys

  • Chat: metered by the model you pick and the length of the reply. Lighter models cost less per message; the strongest cost more.
  • Images: 5 credits each. Video: 20 credits a clip, from Plus.
  • App builds: 10 credits, from Plus. Code Workspaces: 10 credits a message, from Pro.
  • OneSpace Free: no credits at all, on the Free plan.

Questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 100 credits a month for the lighter models, plus OneSpace Free, which uses no credits at all. It includes chat, web search, image generation and memory, and needs no card.

How do credits work?

Each plan has a monthly pool of credits that refills every 30 days; unused credits don't roll over. Chat is metered by the model and the length of the reply, and stronger models use more credits per message. An image costs 5 credits, a video 20, an app build 10 and a Code Workspaces message 10.

How much is the yearly plan?

Yearly costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free: Plus is $80 a year, Pro $200 and Max $1,000.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Open Manage billing from your account menu to change or cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, so you keep your plan until then. Payments aren't refundable except where the law requires.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Wait for your pool to refill, or upgrade to a plan with more credits. OneSpace Free uses no credits, so it keeps working in the meantime.
