The service

OneSpace is a personal AI assistant that connects to your apps, remembers what matters to you, and helps you get things done. Features, models, and limits may change over time as we improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use OneSpace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use OneSpace to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its providers.
• Access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

Connected apps and actions

When you link a third-party service, you authorize OneSpace to act on your behalf to perform the tasks you request. You remain responsible for the actions you approve, including messages sent and changes made through connected apps.

Credits and plans

OneSpace offers free and paid plans with monthly credit allowances. Credits refresh on your billing cycle and are consumed based on the models and features you use. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can change or cancel your plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as processing your prompts to generate responses. OneSpace, including its software and branding, remains our property.

AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for important decisions or actions taken through connected apps.

Disclaimers

OneSpace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSpace and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using OneSpace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
