Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.
Content you provide: the messages, prompts, files, and instructions you send to the assistant.
Connected apps: when you link a third-party service (such as Gmail, Calendar, GitHub, Slack, or Notion), we access only the data needed to perform the actions you request.
Usage data: basic diagnostics such as feature usage, model selection, and credit consumption, used to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and improve OneSpace and its features.
To carry out the tasks and actions you ask the assistant to perform.
To personalize responses using the memory features you enable.
To secure your account and prevent abuse.
To communicate with you about your account and important updates.

Third-party services

To answer you, OneSpace sends your messages, voice, files and related content to the third-party AI providers that run the models. Depending on the model, these include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, Zhipu AI, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), Mistral AI, MiniMax, StepFun, Tencent, Poolside, Meituan, Xiaomi and Windsurf, reached directly or through model-routing services. OpenAI and xAI models and voice calls are processed through Microsoft Azure. Actions in apps you connect run through Composio. The AI computer and code workspaces run in cloud sandboxes from E2B. We share only what each request needs, and we do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain your conversations, memory, and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete conversations and memory at any time. You can delete your account and its data at any time in the OneSpace app, under Account, then Delete account (see Support), or by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access tokens for connected apps are stored securely and used only to perform actions you request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent or disconnect linked apps at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children's privacy

OneSpace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy
